We are looking for a motivated and skilled Tele-Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both in English and Hindi, and have a good understanding of computer applications. As a Tele-Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers, addressing their queries, and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
• Effectively communicate information about our services.
• Answer customer queries in a professional manner.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Update and maintain customer information in the database.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle objections and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Requirements:
• Good command over English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, internet usage, etc.).
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Previous tele-calling or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
