Tele-Counsellor

Job Summary :
1. Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database
2. Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement
3. Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures,course structure,course details
4. Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled
Key Skills :
Calling, Counselling, Administration, inbound, outbound, admission
Required Experience and Qualifications
Education: Graduate mandatory
Excellent communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month

Experience:
• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
• tele sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
