Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to explain our products/services, address queries, and drive sales. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy connecting with people, we'd love to have you onboard.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products/services.
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries or concerns efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales or nurture leads.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Provide detailed information about products, offers, and company policies.
• Handle objections or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements and Skills :

• Qualification : Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience : 0-2 years of telecalling, customer service, or sales experience. (Freshers are welcome!)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention required languages like English, Hindi, or regional languages] .
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
