Jhandewalas Food Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting with potential and existing customers, promoting our products, and generating leads to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling and Communication:
• Make outbound calls to customers to introduce and promote company products/services.
• Handle inbound customer queries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
• Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
• Identify and qualify potential sales leads through effective communication.
• Follow up with interested customers and coordinate with the sales team for closure.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns.
• Provide after-call summaries and feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
• Data Management:
• Accurately document customer details, call outcomes, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference.
• Target Achievement:
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
• Team Coordination:
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution and feedback sharing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
