Job Title : Telecaller - Finance Department (Loan Vertical)

Job Overview :
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Telecaller with at least one year of experience in the loan vertical to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients, providing information about loan products, processing applications, and addressing client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contact potential and existing clients to provide information about various loan products.
• Assist clients with loan application processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to convert prospects into loan applicants.
• Explain loan terms, eligibility criteria, and repayment options to clients.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions regarding loan products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for loan applications and client conversions.
• Collaborate with the loan processing team to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications :

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or customer service are a plus.
• Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience in the loan vertical or in a telecalling role in a financial services company.
• Skills :
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of loan products, terms, and application processes.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
