We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to contribute to generating sales and providing exceptional customer service for our organization. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, managing queries, and converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, have strong sales skills, and the ability to handle customer needs professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling : Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services and generate leads.
• Lead Conversion : Convert potential leads into customers by understanding their needs, providing appropriate solutions, and following up on leads in a timely manner.
• Customer Queries : Handle customer inquiries over the phone, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Data Management : Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
• Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
• Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls for feedback, renewals, and repeat sales.
• Sales Target : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Feedback Collection : Collect and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to improve products and services.
• Script Adherence : Follow a prepared sales script and handle objections effectively while adapting to customer conversations as needed.
