Telecalling Executive Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain our products or services to potential customers and answer their questions.
Obtain and record customer information accurately.
Follow up on leads generated. Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times.
Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.
Strong negotiation skills. Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
