Dynamind is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to introduce our products or services, answer questions, and generate leads or sales. You will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain our products or services to potential customers and answer their questions.
• Obtain and record customer information accurately.
• Follow up on leads generated.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
