• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services and generate leads.
• Handle inbound calls from customers to address their queries and provide information about products/services.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales personnel for further development and closure.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
