Tele Caller Executive
Job Description
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet purchased.
• Provide accurate and complete information about products/services to customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

• Day shift
