As a Telecaller Executive at Innojar Tech Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, address inquiries, and generate sales. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and close sales deals.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services.
• Keep records of calls and sales and update customer information in the CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English & Hindi.
