We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Tele caller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our properties, and setting up meetings with our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to understand customer needs in order to recommend suitable property options.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation-
• Make outbound calls to potential clients from a database, inquiries, or leads from various marketing channels.
• Generate interest in the company's properties and services, building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Customer Engagement-
• Answer inbound inquiries and provide information about property listings, location details, and property features.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their preferences and buying potential.
• Appointment Setting-
• Schedule property viewings and meetings with prospective clients for the sales team.
• Coordinate with sales agents to ensure smooth follow-ups and updates for each client.
• Market Awareness-
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, new listings, and promotional offers.
• Communicate unique property features, prices, and promotions to clients effectively.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)-
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and build ongoing relationships with prospective clients.
• Target Achievement-
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets, including setting up qualified appointments and sales.
• Contribute towards team sales goals by actively engaging and converting leads.
Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude, persistence, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
