1. Inbound and Outbound Calls : Handle incoming inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
2. Lead Conversion : Persuade potential candidates to enroll in IIT-JEE, NEET, and foundation programs.
3. Follow-ups : Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to ensure maximum conversions.
4. Information Sharing : Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and admission processes.
5. Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-up actions.
6. Relationship Building : Build rapport with students and parents to foster trust and long-term engagement.
7. Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from leads to improve the effectiveness of communication and services.
8. Target Achievement : Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets.
