Motion Education JEE & NEET foundation classes Location Viman Nagar Pune Required 2Years+ experience in tele calling. Ability to convince enquiries on call and convert into admission. Ability to communicate well.
- . Counselling Students and parents about our courses and programs on call.
- Interaction with students and parents on routine basis for doubt clearing, general counselling and progress feedback, on call.
- Clarifying of doubts of students and parents as and providing right guidance when required on call.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the course and curriculum.
- Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
- Understanding customers\' requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
- Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
