Neptune Groups of Companies, a prominent player in the automotive industry, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Perundurai. The ideal candidate will be responsible to generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive sales growth through outbound calls.

Job Title: Telecaller (Female only)

Department: Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller who will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound customer inquiries, and promoting our services/products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers/prospects to:

- Generate leads

- Promote products/services

- Build relationships

- Resolve queries

2. Handle incoming calls from customers, providing information, answering queries, and resolving issues.

3. Meet/exceed daily call targets and sales/conversion goals.

4. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales.

5. Follow up with leads to close deals.

6. Stay updated on products/services and industry trends.

7. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goal.

Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree

2. Skills:

- Excellent communication/ persuasion skills.

- Strong listening/ problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to meet targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software.

3. Language: Good Communication in both English and Tamil.

4. Female Candidates only.

Experience: 0 - 1 year of experience

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
