Guidance & Assistance: Provide basic visa process details, document requirements, and immigration program options.
Appointment Scheduling: Arrange consultations with immigration experts and legal advisors.
Database Management: Update and maintain client records for smooth follow-ups.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion goals.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in telecalling, sales, or customer service (immigration preferred).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
Sales & Persuasion: Ability to engage, convince, and convert potential clients.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Customer Focused: Polite, patient, and professional in handling client queries.
