Job Description

The below mentioned Roles and Responsibilities are required:



Requirements & Qualifications:



Only male candidates are required. 1-2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer support (preferably in travel/tourism). Minimum 12th pass or higher. Excellent

Written and verbal communication in Hindi & English

(other regional languages are a plus). Strong

persuasion and negotiation skills.

Good

knowledge of trekking and adventure tourism

. Basic

computer skills

. Friendly, customer-focused, and result-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities:



Make

outbound calls

to potential customers and

explain trekking packages, itineraries, and offers.

Handle

inbound inquiries via calls, messages, and emails

. Provide accurate and detailed information about

trekking destinations, difficulty levels, costs, and inclusions

. Follow up with

leads

and convert them into

bookings

. Maintain a database of customer inquiries and update booking records. Address

customer concerns

and

resolve queries

in a professional manner. Keep

up-to-date with trekking trends

,

destinations,

and

seasonal offers

.
