Job Summary
We are looking for Telesales Executive who engages with prospects, create interest in the offerings, and persuade them to take specific actions, such as purchasing a product or service, setting up appointments.
Roles and Responsibilities
Making Outbound Calls: Initiating phone calls to a list of leads or potential customers to introduce the product or service.
Pitching Products/Services: Presenting the features and benefits of the products or services being offered in an engaging and persuasive manner.
Handling Objections: Addressing any objections or concerns raised by the prospects and providing appropriate responses to overcome their hesitations.
Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting specific sales goals and targets set by the company, which may involve making a certain number of calls, generating leads, or closing deals.
Recording Information: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions with prospects, including contact information, feedback, and outcomes of the calls.
Providing Information: Answering inquiries from potential customers about the products, services, or promotional offers.
Following Up: Making follow-up calls to interested prospects who require more time to make a decision or to complete a transaction.
Updating CRM: Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, manage interactions, and ensure a systematic approach to customer management.
Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to be well-prepared for customer interactions.
Adhering to Regulations: Following all applicable telemarketing regulations and company policies to ensure ethical and compliant communication.
Collecting Feedback: Gathering feedback from prospects and customers to help the company improve its products, services, or sales strategies.
Salary
Minimum 12000/- to 17000/- per month
