Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Telecaller Executive & Demo Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls to engage potential clients and also deliver professional and impactful software demos. You will play a critical role in helping clients understand our offerings and converting leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

Telecalling:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.
• Explain the company's products/services and address initial queries.
• Build strong relationships and rapport with prospective clients over the phone.
• Schedule and confirm product demos.
• Follow up with leads to ensure continued engagement and move them through the sales funnel.

Demo Delivery:

• Conduct engaging and professional software demonstrations tailored to the client's specific needs.
• Highlight key features and benefits of the software during live or virtual sessions.
• Address customer queries or concerns during the demo and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collect feedback from demo sessions to improve future presentations.

General:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
• Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills: Fluency in English, Hindi is a must.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or demo delivery is preferred.
• Presentation skills: Ability to conduct engaging, persuasive, and professional demonstrations.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
• Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain software features.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to work.
• Educational background: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week

Schedule:

• Morning shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Patiala, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
