Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone. The Tele Caller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting company products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Answer inbound calls and provide information about products/services.
• Maintain a record of calls, customer information, and outcomes.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
• Address customer queries, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer databases and update them regularly.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar customer service/sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.

Salary:

• ?5,000 - ?12,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
