Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions to achieve set targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Outreach:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products/services in detail and address customer queries effectively.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on defined criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales conversion data.
• Follow-Up:
• Follow up with potential leads to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective campaigns.
• Share customer feedback to enhance services or product offerings.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain a database of customer details and update it regularly.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on call performance and sales outcomes.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?9,000.00 per month
