PremiereEdTech is seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will play a critical role in reaching out to prospective students, job-seekers, and working professionals to inform them about our sales and personality development courses, upskilling opportunities, and the benefits of joining PremiereEdTech. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to engage customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote PremiereEdTech's courses and services.
• Provide detailed information about our courses, internship programs, and placement opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and suggest relevant training or development programs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, inquiries, and feedback.
• Follow up with prospective customers to encourage enrollment and answer any questions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine call strategies and customer approaches.
Requirements:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and any regional language.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of PremiereEdTech's offerings (sales and personality development courses).
