Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven TeleCaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to persuade potential customers over the phone. The TeleCaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up on leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to gather information.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
• Handle inbound calls and provide support or information as needed.
• Accurately record client information, feedback, and responses.
• Conduct follow-up calls to potential clients who have shown interest or need more information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?140,000.00 per year
