Job Summary:
A Outbound Telecaller Executive can contact the potential or existing customers over an outbound call, to sell products and services or to generate leads. This entails using communication skills mostly to sell their products, solve problems and managing customer relations. The Telecaller Executive would be required to achieve & fulfill certain sales target, offer a quality customer service and keep the company name in positive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Phone Surveys: Outbound calls to potential customers for explaining products, services & promotions to inspire them into making a purchase or inquiry.
Lead Generation and Sales: Lead conversations to generate leads, qualify prospects that need your product/service and sell it!
Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, provide in-depth information on products/service and help resolve issues and complaints.
Objection Handling: Effectively handle objections or rejection from prospects and work towards overcoming concerns to close sales or resolve issues.
Documentation and Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, or monthly reports on call outcomes, sales progress, and market feedback to the supervisor or management.
Promote Offers and Updates: Inform customers about any new products, special discounts, promotional offers, or changes in services.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve common goals and improve overall performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent Communication: Clear and effective verbal communication, with a friendly and professional tone.
Sales Ability: Strong persuasion skills with an ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Active Listening: Ability to listen to customer concerns and respond in a helpful and appropriate manner.
Customer Focused: Strong customer service skills, ensuring a positive interaction with every call.
Time Management: Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Persistence and Patience: Ability to handle objections and rejections while maintaining a positive attitude.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM software and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
Freshers: Open to candidates with no prior experience in telecalling or sales, as training will be provided.
Experienced: Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
