The Learning Curve is a rapidly growing childcare facility dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for children's holistic development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates to promote The Learning Curve Teacher Training Program.
• Provide detailed information about the training program, including curriculum, benefits, and enrollment procedures.
• Respond to inquiries and address concerns from potential candidates in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with candidates to encourage program enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our database.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective call scripts and outreach strategies.
• Support the admissions team with the enrollment process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with prospective candidates over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a telecaller or customer service role is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with database management.
