Role Description: We are looking for an engaged tele caller to ensure proper introduction of our organisation and our capabilities by reaching out to possible new clients. To this end, the tele caller will be required to make concerned client to attend the business meeting with our representatives from CSR department. You should also take notes of important points during the conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff. Tele caller Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Obtaining and updating lists of individuals\' contact details. \xc2\xb7 Calling active and budding clients to encourage and attend the meeting convened \xc2\xb7 Addressing clients\' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time. \xc2\xb7 Noting important details of each conversation. \xc2\xb7 Communicating with the concerned party with sincerity and respect. \xc2\xb7 Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others\' dispositions.

- Essential Qualification:
- Graduate in any subject
- Proficient in English, Computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong Communication Skills and experience
- Experience with Tele marketing
- A strong team player
