We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team at [Institute Name]. As a Telecaller Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our educational programs and services, generating leads, and ensuring smooth communication between prospective students and the institute. You will be responsible for engaging with potential students, answering queries, and providing information about courses, admissions, and institute offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Follow-up: Reach out to prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into admissions.
• Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about courses, fees, schedules, and eligibility criteria to prospective students and their families.
• Customer Support: Address student queries related to the institute's programs, admission process, and other services in a clear and informative manner.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments or counseling sessions for prospective students with the academic advisors or admission counselors.
• Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of all interactions with students and prospects in the CRM system.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets by converting leads into enrollments and nurturing prospects through effective communication.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to align on strategies and goals for student enrollment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication with the ability to explain concepts clearly and convincingly.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with prospective students.
• Sales & Persuasion Skills: Experience in sales or telecalling will be an advantage. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Knowledge of Education Sector: Familiarity with various courses and educational offerings is a plus.
• Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Goal-Oriented: Strong ability to work towards set targets and deadlines.
