Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients for our website design and SEO services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling:
• Make 200-250 cold calls daily to potential clients from provided lists.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to present our services and their benefits.
• Lead Qualification:
• Identify potential clients by understanding their needs and challenges.
• Qualify leads based on their interest in website design and SEO services.
• Script Utilization:
• Use provided scripts to initiate calls while personalizing conversations as needed.
• Highlight unique selling points to capture the interest of prospects.
• Follow-Up:
• Follow up with interested leads via phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp to nurture relationships.
• Schedule consultations, demos, or meetings for senior sales representatives.
• Database Management:
• Update and maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM software.
• Ensure contact details and interactions are logged properly for tracking and reporting.
• Feedback and Improvement:
• Provide feedback on common objections and challenges faced during calls.
• Suggest improvements to scripts and strategies for better results.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills:
• Fluent in English and Hindi with a professional and persuasive tone.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with MS Office.
• Understanding of Services:
• Basic knowledge of website design and SEO concepts is an advantage.
• Personality Traits:
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize with prospects.

Compensation:

• Fixed salary: between INR 8,000 to INR 15,000 per month .
• Performance-based incentives: 5% incentives on every conversion
