Job Description
• Generate sales : A telecaller's primary goal is to generate sales or leads for the company.
• Answer questions : A telecaller answers questions about the company and its products.
• Build relationships : A telecaller builds relationships with customers and understands their needs.
• Maintain customer database : A telecaller keeps the customer database updated.
