We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller cum Operation Executive to join our team. This dual-role position requires excellent communication skills for customer interactions via calls and proficiency in handling operational tasks. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:Telecalling Duties:
• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain a professional tone and build positive relationships with customers over the phone.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Operational Duties:
• Assist in coordinating and executing day-to-day operational activities.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases related to operations.
• Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all operational tasks.
• Monitor and address operational issues proactively.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
