Job Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to existing and potential customers to invite them for walk-ins, promoting JEE/NEET preparation courses, and providing relevant information to encourage them to visit the center for enrollment.
Key Responsibilities :
• Outbound Calls : Make calls to a list of provided leads/customers to invite them for walk-ins related to JEE/NEET courses.
• Customer Engagement : Engage with potential students and parents, explaining the benefits of attending the walk-in sessions and the JEE/NEET programs offered.
• Lead Follow-Up : Regularly follow up with leads to confirm their attendance for the walk-in events and provide any necessary information or assistance.
• Promote Walk-ins : Effectively communicate the value of the walk-in sessions, answering questions, and ensuring customers understand the benefits of visiting the center.
• Maintain Records : Update CRM and call logs with detailed information on customer interactions, confirmations, and walk-in appointments.
• Sales Support : Support the sales team by helping convert walk-in attendees into enrolled students by providing them with necessary information and answering queries during the walk-in sessions.
• Achieve Targets : Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for the number of confirmed walk-ins.
Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales, ideally within the education sector (JEE/NEET courses preferred)
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage customers
• Ability to handle objections and encourage attendance at walk-in events
• Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting daily/weekly targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
