We are looking for Tele caller executive for our IT company Logical Soft Tech Pvt ltd, Indore(M.P)

Job location : Indore(M.P)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through outbound calls.
• Client Outreach: Contact potential clients to introduce our ERP software solutions and explain their benefits.
• Needs Assessment: Listen to client requirements and provide basic information about how our ERP software can meet their needs.
• Product Presentation: Present key features and benefits of our ERP software in a clear and engaging manner.
• Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture interest and move them through the sales process.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Learning: Continuously improve knowledge of ERP systems and stay updated with industry trends.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and report feedback from clients to help improve our products and services.
• Female candidates only need to apply who is soft in voice and with convincing nature.
