We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for freshers who are interested in building communication skills and gaining experience in customer outreach and support. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing product/service information, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products or services.
• Provide detailed information about the products or services to customers and answer their queries.
• Follow a script and adjust communication style as needed to engage customers effectively.
• Generate interest, gather information, and schedule follow-ups for further engagement.
• Update and maintain customer databases accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets and report on calling activities.
• Manage customer objections and ensure a positive interaction on every call.
• Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, interests, and competitive activities.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong verbal communication skills with clear diction and confident speaking ability.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
• Good listening skills and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Goal-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
