Job Title: Female Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
• Handle inbound queries and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
• Assist with administrative tasks when necessary.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Typing speed of 35-40 words per minute (WPM).
• Basic knowledge of data handling and data entry.

Qualifications:

• Experience in telecalling or a similar role is preferred .
