As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a motivated Telecaller to assist our web development team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about telemarketing while gaining insights into the web development industry.

Role Overview: As a Telecaller, you will support our web development internship by reaching out to potential candidates and clients. You will help promote our web development services and gather valuable feedback to enhance our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective candidates for web development internships.
• Promote our web development services to potential clients and gather their feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the web development team to understand services and offerings.
• Assist in creating outreach scripts and promotional materials.
• Follow up with interested candidates and clients to provide additional information.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor.
• Basic understanding of web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software.
