We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team at Vinayak Ford. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and promoting our services to potential clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote workshop services.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update records accurately.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to streamline appointment scheduling and service delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of all workshop services and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
