We are seeking a detail-oriented Telecaller to manage customer inquiries, provide order updates, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel.
Responsibilities:
• Field incoming calls, addressing customer concerns and providing solutions.
• Update customers on order status and product information.
• Accurately document customer interactions and concerns in CRM.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven telecalling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
