Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Tathastu Dental Hospital in Indore. The Telecaller will be responsible for making and receiving phone calls to schedule appointments, answer patient inquiries, and provide information about dental services. The Telecaller will also assist with administrative tasks, maintain patient records, and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
• Any graduate with relevant experience & skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
