; We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-caller to join our team. The Tele-caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive personality to effectively promote our products/services over the phone. Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads list. - Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers. - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. - Follow up on leads and maintain a high level of customer service. - Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, leads generated, and sales closures. - Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions using CRM software. Requirements: . 1- Proven experience as a Tele-caller or similar customer service/sales role is preferred.(6month to 1year) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Basic computer skills ando familiarity with CRM software. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales/customer service is a plus.
