Tele Caller Executive
Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential Student, introduce our Courses or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule appointments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor over the phone.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective using provided contact lists.
• Introduce our products or services to potential clients and explain their features and benefits.
• Answer any questions or concerns potential customers may have about our offerings.
• Record details of each interaction, including outcomes and follow-up actions, in the database.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
