Making Outbound Calls: Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
Answering Inbound Calls: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues or concerns.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Follow-Up Calls: Making follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
Problem Solving: Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Team Collaboration: Working with other team members and departments to achieve overall company goals.
