  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
  • Follow prepared sales scripts to provide accurate information and address customer queries.
  • Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as necessary.
  • Answer incoming calls from potential and existing customers.
  • Provide information, resolve complaints, and handle inquiries.
  • Redirect calls to appropriate departments if needed.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Gather customer feedback and report to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inquiries.
  • Update customer information in the database.
  • Track call outcomes and report on performance.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Stay informed about product details, promotions, and company policies.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Share insights and best practices with colleagues.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and resilient attitude.
  • Ability to think quickly and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
