Answer incoming calls from potential and existing customers.
Provide information, resolve complaints, and handle inquiries.
Redirect calls to appropriate departments if needed.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Gather customer feedback and report to management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inquiries.
Update customer information in the database.
Track call outcomes and report on performance.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Stay informed about product details, promotions, and company policies.
Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Share insights and best practices with colleagues.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor\'s degree preferred.
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is advantageous.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
Positive, enthusiastic, and resilient attitude.
Ability to think quickly and resolve issues effectively.
