Prime Point Institute is looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students and provide information about our courses and programs.

Handle inbound inquiries and assist students with course details, fees, and enrollment procedures.

Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.

Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions.

Resolve queries in a professional and friendly manner.

Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

Confidence in handling customer queries and providing solutions.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus (Freshers can apply).

Working Hours:

Full-time: [10 am - 7 pm]
