: Telecalling Outbound Sales

Position: Telecalling Outbound Sales
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Tele Sales
Location: Mumbai

Qualification:

• HSC or Graduate

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Additional language proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati, or Bengali is a plus
• Experience in B2C (Business to Consumer) sales background is mandatory
• Ability to engage with customers effectively and drive sales

Job Details:

• Salary: based on last drawn salary
• Shift Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM
• Week Off: 1 rotational week off
• Age Limit: 24 to 37 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products/services
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets through effective communication and sales techniques
• Update and maintain customer data and sales records
