Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales for our commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate and construction industry. This role involves identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through software, database, and cold calling.
• Identify and qualify potential clients and make calls to them to understand their requirements.
• Set appointments for in-depth discussions with the Sales team.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients who have shown interest.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored property or project solutions.
• Present and demonstrate properties or construction services to prospective buyers.
• Prepare and deliver a sales pitch.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that generate leads.
• Work closely with project teams to understand timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates on software.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
