Tele Caller Executive
Job Description
Experience: 0.3- 5 Years
NIGHT SHIFT
:
• Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding our services.
• Understanding customers' requirements by asking questions and connecting them to the Business Development Team.
• Making calls from the data given. Making 100-300 call a day.
• Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
• Facilitating companies' sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota.
• Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.
• Working in US Shifts.
• Calling International Clients.
Requirements:
• Basic Knowledge of computer like Excel, Word, Emails.
• Efficient with English Language. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previously worked with any BPO or done International Calling.
• Previously worked with IT or Healthcare Industry will be added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
