We are looking for a skilled Telecaller proficient in Hindi, Marathi, and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate with clients to understand their needs, and provide information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make and receive calls to/from clients to generate leads and support customer queries.
• Maintain client information and update records.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
