Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and assisting in lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Provide information about products/services and answer customer inquiries.
• Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer interactions.
• Record and update customer information in the database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and follow up on leads.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call outcomes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?9,000.00 per month

• Day shift

• Morning shift
Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
• tele sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
• Hindi (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
