Job Title : Tele Caller Executive
Location : Andheri East, Mumbai
Salary : Up to ?3 LPA
Experience : 6 Months - 2 Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate leads from various channels (toll-free numbers, website chat, WhatsApp, etc.) and transfer qualified leads to counselors.
• Assign leads to appropriate counselors based on expertise and availability.
• Lead Qualification & Nurturing to ensure high-quality prospect engagement.
• Initiate cold calls and emails to explore new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update the MIS system daily.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance lead conversion and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Provide regular feedback to improve lead generation strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Graduate from any discipline (preferably residing near the Western/Metro Line).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Presales/Lead Generation/Telecalling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, with the ability to achieve targets and maintain productivity.
• Should have a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.

Pay: Up to ?300,000.00 per year
