As an Tele caller , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of academic programs within an educational institution. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of administrative duties aimed at supporting faculty, students, and the overall academic mission of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Making Outbound Calls : Initiating calls to prospective customers or clients based on provided lists, leads, or databases.
• Handling Inbound Calls : Receiving incoming calls from customers inquiring about products, services, or assistance.
• Customer Service : Providing information about products or services, answering queries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions to customer issues.
• Sales Pitch : Presenting products or services to potential customers persuasively to encourage sales or appointments.
• Lead Generation : Identifying and qualifying potential leads through effective questioning and engagement techniques.
• Appointment Setting : Scheduling appointments or meetings for sales representatives or other team members.
• Maintaining Records : Updating customer databases or CRM systems with relevant information obtained during calls.
• Follow-up : Following up with customers or leads to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, or pursue further sales opportunities.
• Meeting Targets : Achieving sales targets, call quotas, or other performance metrics set by the organization.
• Adhering to Scripts and Guidelines : Following scripts or guidelines provided by the company for consistency and compliance.
• Staying Informed : Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments to effectively communicate with customers.
• Team Collaboration : Collaborating with colleagues, supervisors, or other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
